Only a part of my house has no heat

My boiler is hot But I have no heat on the lowest level of my home

I have no heat on the upper level of my home or other zone.

No heat lower level

First a brief overview of the different things that may cause this problem.

1 The zone valve to that zone is bad
2 The thermostat to that zone is bad
3 The circulator, pump for the whole house is bad
4 The Circulator pump for just that zone is bad
5 The relay or control to the circulator pump is bad.
6 There is a bad or broken wire.
7 A pipe is broken under the slab.
8 The zone Is air bound. (rare for a lower level, but Possible)
9 The zone is frozen.
There may be other reasons that don't come to mind at this time.
